We are currently seeking a Branch Teller Supervisor to join Kirtland Federal Credit Union.  This position is at our West Alameda Branch (intersection of Coors & Alameda).

Branch Teller Supervisor Duties:

  • Responsible for all phases of Teller Operations. Support the credit union's mission, vision, strategic goals, quality initiatives and service standards. Support and/or provide exceptional internal and external member service.
  • Direct oversight for the Teller line: make or approve decisions for department, scheduling, employee development.
  • Assist with complex transactions, research, overrides authority and transaction approvals and/or inquiries.
  • Perform daily closing duties, including balancing of coin machine, money orders, cashier's checks, cash advances, vault and cash dispatch. Ensure branch balancing at the end of day.
  • Ensure team promotes KFCU as a full-service credit union and provides referrals to meet targeted branch goals.
  • Identifies ways to turn member service into a member experience and coaches the teller team to do the same.¬†
  • Responsible for training and development of new and existing tellers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Four years directly related experience in a Financial Institution in Operations with two years as a Teller preferred
  • 1-2 years of supervisory¬†experience highly preferred
  • Must have through knowledge of operational policies, procedures and applicable regulations (Reg CC, E, BSA, D, Patriot Act, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with members and employees
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • MS Office Suite experience
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
  • Ability to problem solve
